Hi guys I run a street stock with a 358 ( 60 over) sbc with world product heads and a 490 lift oval track hydraulic circle track isky cam. We have to run the holley 4412 and was wondering a ball park size I should be using for a power valve? I don't have a vacuum gage and I was thinking there must be someone on here that's been there done that before ( 76 jets).

We run it blocked off with 83-86 jets with lots of timing! You never knew it was gone! Controlling fuel better at the plugs is 3 oily threads on number 3 cyl! Tune and read my other post to get faster with no power valve! 5 jet sizes is a safe starting point! Raising timing to match the fuel or jet down if rich at 38 degrees of timing to have the plugs reading correct at three on number 3! Fire power comes into play also! Gear and cam degree too! If keeping it loaded- lower vacuum or getting tight on top end is high vacuum! Vacuum that shuts back the fuel when needed most if running high rpms or getting tight on top end!
