Your fault --- only for a lapse in judgment of your set-up! Use of the things as a given to drivability has been compromised there in! The recovery or the added control given by preloads is key with the over indulgency of a bit more of caster to steer not only the front but the rear as well to make any bobble you please in getting around other cars on the way to the front of the pack! Being able to change drive thrust, pounds at the springs, and steer bar angles simply by the turn of the steering wheel to correct in a bobble moment with or with out lifting! Control is not about the loss of driver faculties by the circumstances but the drivability of the chassis!

How does your chassis react to the sudden lift of the throttle! I have seen a few go sliding up the track while others turned left so hard as to go infield! If you cant set things and force them to stay put in times of peril they can grow up to be more trouble than you ever wanted! Most know how a car reacts after a few laps but who is teaching whom? If the steering wheel does not have first control of steer of a balanced car it can be a hand full on or off the gas! The word balance is literal in trading out this for that but pounds and thrust angles application of added pounds has a means of checks and balances in both directions! Think of them as adding a floating brake bar and moving forwards or backwards in thrust! If they are not fair with each other control of steer and traction is out the window!
