Building upper a-arms but a little confused about which collars to use. I'm replacing 8 3/4 offset tubular arms. I understand the standard spread and wide spread but pics don't really show what they mean by angled stud/angled tab,, angled stud/straight tab,, straight stud/straight tab,, 10deg/15deg. Anybody have an opinion on what to use on rightside/leftside to duplicate the 8 3/4 offset arms. Thanks= #01h

The 10 and 15 degree reference is the arm to ball joint angle not arm angles to the frame
When I replaced my offset uppers with the collars and tubes I made new mounting brackets to fit the collars I bought

Thanks, rickd39. That would help balljoint have full movement side to side. I'll be making new mounts to do away with cross shafts. One more , Which goes on front arm, stud or clevis. I'm thinking stud but want to make sure. =#01h

The ball joint angle helps when the suspension is at racing height so the pin is closer to 90 degree to the arm Move your suspension up and down and see what might work best
Mine has the clevis to the rear

Thanks, using your tip I've decided to go with the 10 or 15 degree angled ones. =#01h
