Most stock positioning in Dirt Track Rules refer to the #1 plug and the upper ball joint witch is about 2 inches back at stock, however with my extreme caster my uppers are back another inch giving me three inches at what they refer to as stock! Check your rules for wording! Fuel pump location to the frame has to be notched and boxed if this is allowed! The rear of the engine may need to be lifted to help! With lower cockpit it may be a problem there! You may have to tilt the engine a bit or move to the left and tilt but that's what u-joints correct! Its not a perfect world and we sometimes have to adapt, redesign or flatten a tube a bit to get what we desire! Most all have been there with aftermarket parts! Good luck in finding a solution! Schoenfeld may have a solution, give them a call! We have torched a few and bent hell out of them, replaced a tube design or used two sets to get both sides to work! One limited late had three joints to run the steering shaft threw the headers to get to the rack! Call you tech man and ask him as to a solution!!! I have had to grind right down to the bushing leaving just enough to hold and weld to with spots for strength after bending and flattening the tube!
