Hey guys!, I'm new to the forum and also a beginner at racing. First year, I don't know a whole lot about it and I'm looking to get to know as much as possible and getting better. I'm looking for some advice on setup. I race what my track calls a "hotmod" its a restricted modified, we run a 3 link suspension with solid links with a panhard/ J Bar connected to left side frame goes over top of driveshaft to right side of pinion. springs welded to center of the top of the axle tubes. I run on a 1/4 track high banked(12 degree turns with 6 degrees straights.) I have a metric front end. It was a old huff streetstock converted to run my class. As of now I feel like my car is loose coming off, like maybe I need some more forward bite. its loose going in it turns itself but I kind of like that, but here is my setup, let me know what you all think, Thanks! Springs- LF(700) RF(750) LR(125 tall 16") RR(200) Shocks- LF(30/50) RF(30/60) LR and RR are both straight 4 valve Ride Heights are all 5 3/8 Scales- LF(628) RF(534) LR(775) RR(601)-----Cross(51.53) left(55.23) rear(54.17) wedge(174) total weight- 2540 *must weigh 2500*

Without knowing anything else, it seems like you have some really low ride heights.
On my metric frame modified I ran 8" of ride height on the R/F when I measured through the hole on the corner of the chassis.
Then I ran 1/4" lower L/F , 1/4" higher Right rear, same height L/R
Of course, I don't know where you are measuring your ride heights at, my car was built so the measuring marks on the rear are the same as the front

Ok. so I was watching the video and was thinking about your loose under throttle issue. It looks like you may need to work on turn entry first. If the car is to free on entry, it will be hard to generate the side bite needed to help the car accelerate off of the corner. Your left side percentage seems a little high and that can have a tendency to free the car up when you get off the gas. High % of Left side weight can make it take longer for weight to plant the RR tire for side bite. If your RR tire never gains traction for side bite, you will be limited on the amount of throttle that you can use for forward bite. Something else, how much stagger are you running? I hope your car was not damaged to bad in the roll over. Been there, Done that....
