I have always loved the look of these cars going around the track....are they expensive to run?

Them things just scream money at me.....I aint sure how much they run, but I am sure it aint cheap!

If they are in your area, consider a RaceSaver Sprint car. It is the exact same car as the "big boys", with a much cheaper 305 Chevy V-8 engine. I know guys that have ran 3-4 seasons on a stock/junk yard short-block. They have recently teamed up with IMCA so I suspect these things will grow. They are fast, too. At our track, the RaceSaver Sprints are 2-3 seconds faster a lap than the Late Models. We have raced Karts, Modifieds, Late Models and the RaceSaver series and if you don't tear your stuff up every week, the RaceSaver series was by far the most economical.
