Number one is thinking you can't win! Number two is thinking you have to win them all! Number three is lapping the field! Number four is taking advice when winning! Number five is trying to give advice that no one believes will work! Number six is trying to help others and forgetting to fuel your own car! Number seven is not checking the lugs and air before each race when you have friends like ours! Number eight is thinking the other driver checked his own car when running two in the same class! Number nine is not checking both gas caps behind the drivers,(they only know left)! Number ten is thinking you can watch both win anything but heats if lucky enough to be separate! Eleven would have to be not kissing the trophy girl or is that number one?-- Help me out here guys on the rest!

Number 35 is if there can only be one winner why have three cars in the same class! Number 101 is trying to explain to the drivers why not to turn right if wanting to go left! Number 500 is loaning anything and wanting it back! 501 is having to barrow things including drivers! Number 1,000 is not watching your drivers win, while helping the competition! 1001 is throwing a race to stop the bickering! 1002 is thinking header glow is caused by being lean! 1003 is running sparkplugs that won't melt before the engine does when lean! 1004 Is not changing your set-up for a full moons gravitational 1/6 pull making your car lighter, (15 feet of ocean tide is a bit more weight transfer)! 1005 Passing cars the first three laps and thinking you did something healthy towards winning, ( protecting your car and tires from other's mishaps and cautions putting you back)! 1006 is thinking a toted wheel is hooked up or faster than 4 well planted when done correctly! 1007 is leaving before you get paid! 1008 is making the tech-man look stupid during tech! 1009 having to wait more than ten seconds to make your weight limit on the nose!!! 101-0-no, is not taking a pit stop before the race!

1011 Is trying to apologize for anything that happened on the track! 1012 Not thinking rubbing is racing! 1013 Not bringing enough green to the track! 1014 Not knowing who won besides your team when you got home! 1015 Thinking when you ever do get home, anyone cares who won again! 1016 Not washing your car and winning! 1017 Removing the pan, carb., intake, and one head only to be found legal! 1018 Being pumped up before the race, after the heat, and after winning all in the same night! 1019 Refusing claim money owed! 1020 Showing up late just to start in the rear! 1021 Spinning your son and grandson out to prove a point! 1022 Trying to sell your crew chief along with your old car as a guarantee! 1023 Having to run against five of your old cars and one beats you off the last turn! 1023-----saying--- COME ON GUYS, IT"S JUST RACING!!!

1024---- Not remembering that two rounds on the left front is like four on the right ft! -- With these springs and this set-up on this weight of car, with these off sets and air pressures, this driver, ect...!

1025 is thinking that you can eat later at the track! 1026 is eating while the driver makes his own adjustments! 1027 sending the driver after your food and he misses his race while standing in-line! 1028 being hungry for anything but first place while at the track! 1019 would be thinking after 35 years of this she will have something cooked when you get home! 2000 is not thinking of her while at the track! THATS THE BIG ONE GUYS!

2001 Has to be placing extra weight--- (As set-ups may vary and stupidity does apply it may slow you down or spin you out any where on the car)--- other than low, left, and as rear as you possibly can!

2004 Is wish-full thinking that the tech man would keep his word about checking your limited car after you finish your modified race! The only way to bust us out was not being there! DQ-ed after they flooded our engine and it would not pull vacuum! WHO CAN YOU TRUST AT THE TRACK if not the tech man??? ROOKIES!

2005 Is not forgetting our lap top! Yeah right! Never kept notes even when running five cars! Moving ahead doesn't require where you were but more where are you now! After hiding 3 set-ups sheets and them being never seen again we gave up! Its never the same twice, I checked it a lot of years! If yours is, you need to run it harder!

2014 Not thinking in the now of set-ups! --- It may be easy for some to make a change, but you guys know me by now! I have to ponder the ills of it all fist and then exactly how many good ways it will change before even getting to the how-much of it all! And still we think a 1/2 a pound or using the same gauge doesn't make a difference! I'm just glad our cars don't run 200 MPH!!!! Their tracks changes too!

2016 Just lifting the left ft. wheel you have the flat on and thinking the car is better this way!-- I have seen the time some would have been faster with less air in both respects! Well actually it was more like all settings were changed RESPECTIVELY!!! It has been faster that way before but harder to control! No wonder it would seem the thing to do by most set-ups! It just dropped the left bars and increased the right to give it a better chance while adding cross, left percent and more left rear weight!!! Go FIGURE!!!!

2017 --This would be my driver saying go make a lap and see for your self! Next would come--- make your own adjustments! Lets just go 4 rounds and see what happens then! OK---WHERE??? Around the track!!!! It takes that many to get the tires working! Most drivers try to preheat tires a bit! That leaves 3 more!

2018 -- Is thinking the car is as ready as you are! Too many times they get loaded before the rain out or certainty soaks in about a new idea of improvements comes to light! One more look never hurts unless you find a flood, after you get to the track in which only a dry test run will tell!
