On factory chassis it needs to be corrected! Some have flex giving away valuable poundage after a pull job and may require a extra bar or two to steady it again! On chassis with adjustable corners most can get back close if not too much damage! Many think a frame should be perfect but I haven't found two the same off a jig yet! Each seems to have their own added needs to the last! Its just a piece of metal and that you can repair or adjust to the need! I have seen many totaled for lack of understanding that the world is not precisely round and nothing is perfect by stress! Having one bent a half inch closed on the right side allowed us to improve in other ways with less roll out, static and bar or roll steer needed! Getting the right drive to turn the car left was a big plus in getting rid of pushes and hiking to get traction or steer!

I have seen a few cheated, shortened, or just tweaked to suit a build or some special set-up! I pride myself in not having to bend the rules or chassis to make them work! A few extra bars sometimes for driver safety is more in my line of interest! Never scrimp in set-ups or durability as to being able to finish a race and start another intact! Some need more when not using all they have to get things done simply! Try applying the WHOLE HOG method instead of relying on the chops and ham to hand you a win! It takes more than a straight frame and a fast motor in most cases!
