what size springs do most of yall run?? i am building my first monte carlo and was trying to figure out what direction i should head in.. i noticed they sale them from 11 to 13 to 15 and 16 inches.

i run 13 inch tall 250 lr 200 rr in my monte but it will basically be what works best for you and the track you run.

I ran 13" tall springs in the rear and my car had raised spring buckets in the chassis.

thank yall lots!! i have been told to run the 13" by alot. had two guys say they run 16" but wouldnt say why tho.

Longer springs are more consistent during compression than a shorter spring. But on stock suspension your not gonna get that much travel so the theory is irrelevant. Unless your getting more more than like 4" of spring compression there's no difference. I've been down that road before and unless its a full aftermarket suspension your not gonna see or feel a difference.
