REMOVING FRONT FACTORY SPRINGS GOING TO RACING SPRINGS WANT TO LOWER CAR SOME WHAT LENGTH SPRINGS WOULD I NEED TO USE WITH OUT GETTING INTO SPRING BUCKETS AND ADJUSTERS PLANNING ON LF 1000 RF 1200 AND CAR WILL BE RUN ON DIRT TRACK.

The fronts should be 12 in, your rates are good too, I run the same rates on dirt 15-18 deg of banking. If your running a flat track I'd run 1000 rf 800-900 LF. If you get new leafs for the rear, it will make your front look lower. I would rather have the front higher than lower to transfer weight around the car when it goes dry.

I run 9" front with 3" spacers, with a 950 LF and a 1200 RF. handles a lot better than when I had a 1300 RF but the track was a lot more wet. Just gotta play with it.

Where would I find 12 inch springs for the front of my Camaro I’m reading here and following along I want to try the same thing but I’m having trouble finding the springs

11" springs are easier to find than 12. Just put a 1" spacer on them. Any racing supply will have them. Speedway Motors and Summit carry them. Longer springs hold more potential energy than short. The street stock and IMCA stock car guys run 9.5" springs to make room for the adjusters they run.
