I've run the reverse split on the front and I didn't like it. There are drivers that love it and run well and drivers that run the traditional split and run well - it's all about what fits your driving style. I run a lighter spring set up than you do: LF = 800, RF = 900, LR = 200, RR = 175. Racer96m has written some great posts on set ups, it would be worth doing a search for.
