have a 2007 hoffman with a long pull bar. we are currently running 4 bar LR 2 link RR. car has little no no forward bite and will buzz the tires on the straight aways. with pull bar out of car the spring is loose and has pretty much no preload. how much preload should pull bar have? we normally run 4 bar lr z link rr but have heard good things about the 4 bar 2 link so we are trying it. 600 lf 650 rf springs. we were thinking of putting 600 in rf. we run a banked 1/4 mile. car is very tight on entry so do we fix the entry first. anyone running this before have any good pointers i would appricate it thanks.

The spring should not have any slack in it. I would start with 1/4 to 3/8 inch preload. That may be part of your entry problem.

Pinion angle change under load of throttle should not get under 4 degrees or loose traction ! 8 is a good starting point! Be sure to check your yoke end-play after any changes to the rear!
