How in the world do the metric cars do this, with stock four link in the rear?

Really soft RR springs.

That too may help but any dirt car rear drive with more than a 75lb. split with a lot of cross will rock over and up! Some even tie down that corner but if that tire is loaded transferring weight to the right rear, correctly done will give more traction off the corner! It also helps steer under full throttle off the corner!

Don't four tires on the track is faster. Left front off the track, you don't get your line it likes, it will be slower.

Too much cross and rear spring split will let a clunker do this! I use all fours! Its more like any line any time when steering both ft. and rear from the seat with the correct balance of spring compressions and shock variations to allow this to happen the way you choose with extreme caster twisting the frame to change pounds per wheel any time with-out roll of car on the track or forces of nature and movement making it happen! Its not a fight against but adding ease to control of conditions at all times! With less roll out to slow straight away speeds, little steer needed, a straighter car and little roll to deal with changes of track to track or compounds as to being hooked with a left drive when you need right drive and roll out to speed you around in the turn! No push except left while in the turn to have a clean steer and straighter car through the turn with no bind or transitions to deal with in traffic! The ft. toe is 5/8 to 3/4 at static but toe closes to straight when on the throttle and lifted! All angles head to a more even setting by ride heights of leaning left to start with! A roll to a level car with everything more equal in the corner with a faster recovery instead of nosing hard, hiking, trying to drive left from the wrong side of the car to turn left and needing 3 wheels and mother nature to co-operate! You know how some conditions are always changing their minds! No changes needed to please her anymore! Just win and she's happy! No waiting on set-up or throttle as to hammer down racing! No foot control to deal with hiking or roll affecting side bite because it was there simply by lifting the throttle with all four holding evenly and both rears pulling with rollout working for you! It will still lift a tire at times getting off the corner or run fine with a lt. ft. flat when hitting the turn hard with side bite! Just think about what you want and do what it takes to make it happen, one thing at a time but in relation to other factors as well! Start slow and learn each parts job by movement! Add effects of 1-3-5-20 until mastered. Air psi. per wheel by weight applied is just like a stacked spring and compressed heights are important to think about (without measuring) but movement without losing poundage or gaining quicker with less movement! I prefer adding rear weight low and left for instant transfer as to spoilers restricting speeds of top end and not being the same with density applied to weight of mud trapped or affecting flow! Common sense will get you faster if placed where its needed!
