I'm new to this site and also new to this car, does anyone happen to know ride heights an set up info on this car it's 4bar/4bar. Also we are thinking about switching it to a lr swing arm and clamp the rr with the spring on the bird cage and just the trailing arm running forward to the chassis (no z link just like the tree link). I'm just wondering if anyone has tried it like that with good results or does the rr need to be a swing arm or spring on top of the rearend to work? Thanks any help is appreciated

I can't answer your questions... but, I'm in the process of revamping an old leaf spring chassis. I removed the FB set-up and I am in the process of setting up a 3 link with a Coil on top of the RR, Lower Bar and rear mounted shock. Left side I'll run the shock in the rear, slider in the front. I thought about doing a swing arm set-up on the LR... Sometime this week I'll be talking to a local track champ about rear suspension set-ups, pro's/con's etc. If I get any tips or insight from him I'll let you know.

Where rules allow a Z-link on the right works great with a left side swing arm set-up
