Carb Jets=now running stock truck big Rochester intake with Holly 4412. Changing to Victor Jr. 2bar. Been told I should up jet number. Have 75s in it now. Any thoughts? Cam#= SBC M FT 244 246 108+4. Wondering what the +4 means? Thanks, Steve

+4 means the cam has 4* of advance ground into it.

Removing the power valve and using 83-86 jets works great with a hot coil! 76 olds Rocket 350 had one of the hottest I have found to burn what you throw at it! 38 degrees of timing with a curve kit to be able to crank at 28 degrees! A blocking screw is a must as stock moves a good 20 degrees! Done correctly your stock HEI will throw over a hundred thousand volts and a tan cap and rotor is a must. Bench test before and after this change and be amazed at the output! Extra horses cheaply! Quite a boost in fire power! Be sure to check number 3 plug to keep up with the jetting as not to lean it out in 8 laps!
