What are some spring numbers ran on all 4 corners that you guys use? Ride heights- what do you set them at and where do you measure?? Trying to make car corner better all the way around(coming in, middle and coming off) bigger 3/8ths mile track

Check out my other post and use total car weight and rear percent to get it figured out! We always needed 150 extra pounds on the left rear with a left leaned set-up! Type of car and any front end up-grades are factors too! More info needed! Shocks variations have to match set-ups and springs by positioning!

G-body metric? How much bank, rules on ride heights, can you use adjustable spring buckets? Remember radials can add spring rate to that end. No one set-up will be 'just right for you, depends on driving style and track banking.
LF 1000 RF 1100 You can go either way up or down on spring rates. Novise drivers like high spring rates Rawhides like stiff set-ups. Smooth and drivers that drove awhile like softer spring LR 195 RR 165 set-ups. To each his own, find someone who is willing to actually help you.

As to all the different chassis and drivers, even rookies that have won right out of the shop! Some are closer than others! More track and driver friendly! More natural instead of a fight of over extremes of steer and roll! Shock control of when and how quick, is most important per weight of transfer! Even shocks left and rears with softer 2 points rt.ft. to left with straight valve shocks all around has never failed me in making it nose rt. ft. first and rebound to add left rear quickly! Heavy springs use soft shocks and vise versa! Longer turns seem to be no problem on my type set-up! Driver controls the car loose or tight with a turn of the steering if needed!
