Davis Suspension Technology was opened with the goal to help out racers, test areas most dont test, and find better products than previously thought.
Our main focus is the rebuilding, and custom valving of shocks. Integra, QA1, AFCO, are just a few examples of shocks we can rebuild and revalve. With our brand new in house Intercomp Shock Dyno, we can make any shock fit any car/driver. As a driver, I know how important the feel, and traction is on a racecar. Nowadays to be fast you have to address the little things, shocks being at the top of that list.
Shock Pricing: Rebuild - $45 (shock is dynoed, cleaned, charged with nitrogen, with new oil and seals, and dyneod again ).
Dyno test one shock - $10
**Seals, and any other parts inside that need replacing(shaft, piston etc.) will be added onto the base price of $45.***
We also have a Pull Bar Dyno in our shop. This has proven to be a great tool, especially for guys running biscuit pullbars. Biscuits will change in height and rate as they get "broke" in. Most would not believe just how much the rate changes over time. We can help you stay ontop of your pull bar program, and stay more consistent with it. For example, one biscuit pullbar we dynoed lost 3/8" of height in the biscuits from being installed brand new. Now what exactly does this do to the pull bar? This is a question that has a crazy answer..
Pull Bar/Spring Dyno Pricing: $45 to Dyno one pull bar. You get a sheet with a graph as well as a log for data from our testing. We test every 1/8", and can do so up to 4" if the customer would like(most pullbars will not get this far as the rate gets very high). We can test 3 different preloads for you with this price. Most pullbars can be greatly alterred just using preload.
$10 for one spring to be checked. We will check to coil bind and log the data of the spring.
We will also be doing custom race bodies. These will be at a first come first serve basis. Please call for pricing(you won't be dissappointed!). Soon I will have plates made for the quick change rearends. These plates relocate the pullbar and gives you much more adjustability. These plates also move the pullbar into an area that works the pullbar harder, and doesnt let reach TDC on the rearend resulting in better overall forward bite. Furthermore, to top off the plates, I have found a biscuit pullbar that has so far surpassed everything else I have tried.
