While use-full at times it does affect many aspects of ones set-ups in different ways! Not all being the same car or weighted driver, it is best to do what works only on your car! I have seen the ills of doing what works for others on many a chassis design to the point of going absolutely backwards from what you were trying to do or not helping a single bit! They change roll out by widening, gives leverage to weaken a spring, changes tracking ft. to rear, changes roll centers and weight placements during the roll as well as at least 20 more aspects around the whole car! I prefer short studs of less turning weight as my edge to a missed call any time! If a 2" doesn't seem to change any aspect of set-up handling, I would assume your set-up is close enough to work correctly on most any track! What works for you guys and why?
