I haven't used one personally. I held one in my hand a few weeks ago though. A couple things that I noticed right off hand are the weight. It's pretty heavy for a screwdriver. Second, the switch is quite bulky and as long as there was enough room around the screw its not too cumbersome. It would get in the way for any electronic work I do for a living though. My over all opinion is, I bet I'm still faster with my screw drivers from Japanese Industrial then with this thing unless your doing and undoing really long screws that need a touch softer than a cordless drill provides it probably makes a better idea than usefulness in most situations.
