Where do you find the snap rings for the couplers that connect the powerglide. Thin 1 3/4" Speedway has the whole coupler for 99.99 but dont need the coupler also, just the snap ring.

Day Motorsports has T.C.I. parts. Or you might try Smileys Racing Parts, external snap ring part#WP-7614, internal snap ring part#WP-7613

I had a piece of teflon inside the flange (between the crankshaft and the input shaft) that I ground down to get the right amount of play. It worked for me.

Hay wire still works in a pinch if you wrap it a round or two before twisting or hammer a coat hanger to make a recessed ring that fits and can't get out! No load in application! Check you local bearing and industrial hydraulic shops!

Yes, on the haywire if you want race. I found snap rings @ speedwaymotors, not racing til sst so we will be good. Thanks guys.
