While on 4 wheels and turning left some things are the same! They all roll sometimes! Some faster ahead and others threw the turns! A few with luck do both any given night! Changing one thing on one may work for a few but of the total it is few things that holds true! With so many factors and spring variations the combinations of the fight for poundage alone if all cars came of the jig the same would be great! Then the classes and rules have some say as to adaptations in limits of movements! Being able to change a spring 25 pounds can swap sides with movement of up or down, right or left on some! A off set change even on the right rear can do the same! A basic set-up book of chassis can help if detailed per chassis set-up! A all or wrong or has to be driven in a curtain way and timed correctly to work is not very adaptable to changes made in a hurry between races! Preconceived fixes are a guess with-out the total info of where you are now! Learning your car whether leaf, coil, 3 or 4 link, spring locations, traction devices and weight placement to name a few applies to yours only! This is what makes each different set-up so hard to hold true to form track to track, heats to mains! Its hard to learn and good advice harder to use! Going so many directions on different cars even when the same be cause even drivers are different! Yes its true, Some are human and can't time the same turn twice or hold a line and miss a hole! Its the cars fault it likes that line and needs a more open minded set-up! Where do you start to get the right chassis or should I say get your chassis right! Learn the basic terms of speech in relations to racing! Geometry or multiplied movement of things! Look at things in your head to see it move and what moves with it! Ask me a question or two! Re-read until you see the focal point of interest and jump right in but expect to see results only on your car after a total change that works for you! Bring your info and ask until you have satisfaction! Trying this or that you have done already on this car or that car and yours! Ask away...
