If you could have anything built into a chassis, or an idea, what would it be? If you could build your own car, what would you do?

Radiated holes in the brackets, Fewer holes to get in trouble with Single shear trailing are brackets, shock brackets, Vertical adjustments on the front upper control arm frame mounts. A drive shaft safety loop that is effective. Added material between the driver and drive shaft lower cockpit interior. Bolt on doors and other body panels for quick access.

A way for driver to escape out of the passenger side of the car.
Added bars, or a design to keep tires from jumping over driver door bars and entering driver area.

I showed up at a race track several years ago with an escape hatch like TFFC. I got laughed at by the track promoter and I never went back. The track closed the following year due to loss of memberships.

More driver Safety items. These Mods get faster and faster and the chassis manufacturers build they lighter and lighter. I like to see 1.75, .095 Bars in the drivers area. Bladder fuel cells. Containment seats, not these single thickness alum pieces of crap I see people using. Do you think a Mod chassis manufacturer has done any crash testing? NO.
Dave.

A lot of really good Ideas have circled for years and have been changed to sell a newer change, some worse than others as was well proven! GUILTY! I designed a device to add to a 3-bar that hooked the left rear when other things in set-ups persisted in taking it away, making it handle and have traction! After winning and a few and some second places in a row instead of tenth, I was pleased but a new 4-bar took its place after shaming them! I put it in the corner. Now may be the time to set it free if rules allow in be mod or re-design to fit the rules. A simple thing bolting on with left trailing arm at the axle tube. A upper locked bird cage with a adjustable link with a chain hooked to the same front bolt making a flexible triangle upper link to lift under throttle and still allow the car to roll in un hindered with a pan-hard bar and spring pull-bar to allow pinion movement as to tighten it up. A adjustable rt side tension bar is also nice to have with a forward stop can be bought! Together removes most all set-up ills of having to get in or off the cornner while staying hooked with all 4 on the track!
