How is the best way to convert a coil spring car to leaf spring. How much better is leaf spring cars.

They really aren't! The handling ability of a 3 or four link is very much better as far as being able to steer when rolled and close when getting off the corner under power! Not worth the conversion! If rules mandate leafs a little right side movement in the front hanger bolt can do wonders! Mounting the left about a 1/2 inch lower in the front than the right assures that the left rear hooks first any time you mash on the power---even when rolled to get you off straight! A 25 lb. stronger rt. spring assures the cross is held along with the left rear pound --- that and the 150 pounds of lead placed there for a great transfer of power and to never loose left rear when nosing or braking hard-- it also assures the left drag to pull your car to the left with no brake needed to set-up going in -- just lift and stand back in it with no braking!!!----
