the track is a 3/8 mile. normally dusty and dry slick. long straightaway tight med bank turns.
On straightaway all the car does is wheel spin. the car pushes pretty good if i try and drive threw the turn, if it makes it thru the start of the turn about mid turn it is really loose and i have no drive off. under restart when green flag drops the rearend kicks out hard and spins.

I would start with upping the rear percent. Try to get it up around 56%. Then I would look at adding LR bite IF you are off the throttle on entry. If you are not, it will make the car tighter. Sounds like your car is way too tight on entry and that is what's killing the rest of the track. The restarts rely heavily on the driver's right foot.
Make sure nothing is bottoming out or binding. Either of these can cause what you are describing. Also, adding angle to the pullbar aids in increasing drive off.
You didn't mention where the j-bar is mounted on the pinion. By level, do you mean the heims, or the top of it?
